Schedule Stats

We love trees. The schedule was published online using Sched. Participants were informed up front that a mobile version of the schedule would be provided. Banners and sticky notes contained a QR code that linked to the online schedule. Paper versions were available.

Usage

About 1/2 of the participants created an account on Sched. From those accounts 3/4 of them also created a personalized schedule. Personalized schedules had 14 sessions by average. The schedule is accessible for both Sched users as anonymous viewers. No Google Analytics Tracking ID was linked to Sched therefor no data could be retrieved how many participants actually viewed the online schedule.
