OK, so, the newest thing in face recognition apps is this one called DeepFake. Basically it can use a photograph and place it in any video, thus changing the face of the video’s protagonist. Almost like dubbing a persons face instead of it’s voice. It is already causing a lot of commotion for it’s potential harmful use, such as creating fake news, but like every new technology, it’s being used for porn. Like, people are actually dubbing porn movies putting celebrities faces on porn stars. Scary stuff. Think about it: Kim Kardashian’s newest sex tape might not even be her’s!
