HoneyAppreciations and Impact Awards
We recently held one of our favorite events of the year— our bi-annual HoneyAppreciations and Impact Awards! HoneyAppreciation is a new tradition we’ve come to love. Every 6 months, our team can send as many appreciations to their colleagues to thank them for the impact they’ve made.
We set a new record this time around. Our team sent a whopping 1,957 appreciations to one another! Each of these appreciations is shared with the recipient, their manager, and our CEO, Oz (who reads each and every one of them). It feels like a big group hug for the entire team, what could be better?
In addition to our HoneyAppreciations, we recognize key contributors through our Impact Awards. These are a chance to reflect on the previous six months and recognize folks who have been instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals.
The winners are announced in our weekly company meeting and besides the recognition from Leadership and peers, the winners are awarded with equity.

Nicole’s impact is felt in both her role and across the company. Nicole has singlehandedly scaled our research team to an incredible team of seven remarkable folks this past year. She is a fearless leader, master of crafting events that bring our team and members together, and culture carrier here at HoneyBook. Thank you for all you do, Nicole!
It’s hard to estimate the impact Yiting has had on our team. In a show of hands, nearly all of the company has worked with her in some capacity over the past six months. Her commitment to answering the most complex questions in a clear, actionable way is awe-inspiring. As our resident Looker wizard, we couldn’t be more excited to thank Yiting for her far-reaching impact!
