I haven’t written an article in over a year now! So my writing is a bit rusty! 😬

In that year I have mainly struggled with one thing; self-discipline. Any time I wanted to learn a new habit, improve my life, or reach a certain goal, I have been having a lot of problems. The main problems being:

  • I couldn’t stick to one goal for more than 3 weeks — I would have a new goal every other week, every time a new opportunity presented itself I would jump on it and sacrifice the one I’m working on now, that is if I could remember what it was.
  • I couldn’t create beneficial habits — I knew I had bad habits, I knew I had to learn new habits that would improve my life, example exercising everyday.
  • I couldn’t create a work ethic — It was hard for me to say I have to work on 5 tasks today and then work on those tasks respectively by evening or end of the day.

Are you the same person?

On January 1st 2022, I decided to do a one thing; everyday of this year, read two chapters from two different books.

  1. 365 Days With Self-Discipline: 365 Life-Altering Thoughts on Self-Control, Mental Resilience, and Success (Simple Self-Discipline Book 5) Kindle
