How Did We Get Here?
American Dreaming, the Dead are dancing. Because they are dead and not here.
I am an old hippie. I was born in 1956.
Did my generation find fault with American Society?
Yes.
Did we want to change it?
Yes.
What did we find fault with? It depends on whether you were a hippie who loved Nature or if you were a person who loved money. There really were two main groups in the USA, if you forget about the Civil War leftovers who were people # 3. It turns out #3 wanted money worse than anyone else.
The people who loved and wanted money uber alles won.
Nature and hippies lost.
The money lovers blame the hippies for where we are today.
Do see Trump and Musk. Blame has been the name of the game played by men who wish for money and control, at least since the Bible old book was written, in which all women were defined as being born bad. God punished them for all eternity. Good God! Bad women. Always someone to blame.
