But what if we changed our way of thinking and started to believe that we are good enough just as we already are? In #takeaction podcast, Jessi Christian, a certified life coach, talks about her approach to self love coaching, which starts from acceptance.

Jessi started her coaching with classical life coaching, but is nowadays a self-love coach. She believes that a starting point where the person is seen as good enough is better than the one where a person should change themselves and their habits to become better. Jessi believes that our biggest problems do not arise from being lazy, but from being too critical of ourselves. That is why her approach to self-love coaching starts from acceptance.
