How Google Glass Might Change X

This morning I read Robert Scoble’s review of Google Glass. As expected, he’s more than enthusiastic:

I will never live a day of my life from now on without it (or a competitor). It's that significant.

He even hypothesizes that Glass may transform Google, a company that makes 99.9% of its revenue through advertising, into an ecommerce-driven business.

True or not, new interfaces have tremendous power to disrupt markets and change user behavior.

And this got me thinking…

How might Google change other markets? Instead of trying to answer this myself, lets run an experiment.

Lets use Medium’s Notes feature to crowdsource some ideas. I’ll start.
