Writer’s note: On Nov. 12, the same guy I spoke about below was so frustrated by two current men in charge of our condo board and asked me to return to the board — along with another woman. I shrugged and told him he got his wish. I’m off the board, and the guy he wanted to be in charge is a horror story. Sometimes people have to learn the lesson the hard way.
