WE PAW Bloggers group on Facebook runs an annual writing prompt in the month before Valentine’s Day. For the 2023 prompt, members were asked to share a spoken word reading of their original poem which answers the question: “What is love?” The prompt is specifically intended as content for the members only ezine of the same name. Love
A bridge between two souls
Where hearts are woven
As one
Beating, bleeding
Life
Without the other brings
Unspeakable, unfathomable
Misery
Any who seeks to tear down
This bridge
Pray that death comes
Quickly for you
