Working for a boss or doing what you love.
When you truly do what you love then you will never work a single day in your life, because then it is not work. It is classified as pleasure. And that makes a world of difference. Having to do something and wanting to do something are two complete opposites.
When you get your workforce to that level, to want to be at work. You will be astonished at the growth and what they are prepared to do for you. On the other hand, if they are only there because they have to be there. Well, then will not be prepared to go the extra meter for you, let alone the extra mile.

There is also a rather large difference between loving what you do and being obsessed with what you do. This takes loving what you do to the final level. Let me explain.
Apart from my online activity, I am also a qualified Electrician and I love what I do. However, I am obsessed with writing and figuring out content marketing strategies that generate sales. See the difference?
At weekends I cannot wait to get out of bed and in front of my PC. Truth be told, most mornings I’m up at 5 AM. Even working days, because perhaps I can just get that one little task done.
Success is tiny objective steps in the right direction. Obsession drives you to put everything you’ve got into your efforts. Perhaps it is healthy, perhaps not. I just know I am completely obsessed with what I do.

Sad but true, that’s just life. Get up, get over it, and keep going if you’re the one doing the falling. Your time to prosper will come. But first, you need to complete your time of falling and failure.

Make peace with the fact that you will get used by people, but be wise enough to learn. Never make the same mistake twice. Be careful who you trust because that has been earned over the years.
Get off of the shelf society places you on.
People will place you on a category shelf. And if you are going to allow that to influence you, then you’re wrong. Let them gossip. Let them spread lies if they so wish. Rest assured, the truth always comes out!

Usually when people have untrue bad things to say, they are only reflecting their fear of you. Never forget that is because you have what they don’t. So, they cannot beat you; therefore they will try to discredit you.
Difference between the king and the peasant.
The lesson here is mental stability. What you think you are is what you will be. How you see yourself in the mirror matters. If you see desperation and sadness, only you can change that. Think like a king, not a peasant.

When you think like a king, then you will be king over your own mind. When you think like a peasant, the same will happen. But thinking like the king does not permit you the right of arrogance and disrespect.

I see this, especially with online marketing quite often. Most people get started and expect spectacular results within days. That’s not going to happen because that simply is not the order of things — Or life for that matter. And that is precisely why over 95% fail online!

Success is much like growing a tree. First, you plant the seed, then focus on the nurturing and growth of that tree. When the time is right, then the tree will bear fruit, and with success, it will be exactly the same. That is why you need to keep going!
Listen to what the silence around you is saying.
Silence speaks, yes, I know that sounds a little strange. Or perhaps the silence just makes the voices in my head make more sense. For me, the tranquillity of silence cultivates fresh ideas. It allows time to let your thoughts flow.

Ever heard the phrase “Silence is golden, so shut up and get rich!”? I cannot agree more. Because it is from thoughts and ideas that success is born. Then it takes having the courage to pursue those thoughts, ideas, and dreams.
Failure is imminent — it is only a question of when.
You are going to fail on the road to success. That is the only guarantee you have. But you never really fail, you merely learn. Failure is how you gather the needed knowledge to be able to be successful. You only fail when you give up.
