Introduce your writing on a free Medium website.

Just a content marketing strategy I thought of recently because it works rather nicely in generating sales with affiliate marketing. So, why not leverage the same basics for traffic to Medium then, right?

But when you decide to drive more traffic, you also want to ensure your content is worth your reader’s time. By offering just the highest quality. Your content must be your reader’s “last stop”.

What I mean by that is, to try to offer the solution they have been looking for. One that is so effective that your reader does not feel the need to search any further.

However, professional writing and creating competitive content can sometimes take a few years. Luckily, if you are still looking to improve your writing to attract more attention. Here are a few tips.

Professional writers can help you with a wide variety of writing projects, from blog posts. Medium stories, and articles to marketing materials and product descriptions.

They have the skills and expertise to craft compelling, informative, and engaging content that will help you reach your target audience and achieve your goals. You can learn that from them by paying attention to their content.

By working with a professional writer, you can save time and effort while ensuring that your content is of the highest quality. They can also help you with tasks such as research, editing, and proofreading, ensuring that your content is accurate and error-free.

Whether you’re looking to grow your brand, drive traffic to your website, or simply communicate your message more effectively, a professional writer can help you achieve your goals.

So if you need help with your writing projects, consider working with a skilled and experienced writer today! But remember that not all skilled writers will help you for free.

Especially when they have to invest quite a lot of time, time which they could have spent elsewhere generating an income. Always remember that. Writers who do that for a living need to earn a living from writing.

I have however already covered the step-by-step side of creating such a Medium website with Canva in the form of a one-page free website. Therefore, I strongly suggest you also read the article and follow the steps as seen below.

Because it will guide you on how to create your (Medium) website with Canva, and then increase your Medium traffic. Do the targeting right, and you can expect quite a bit of traffic, views, reads, and responses.

Leveraging Quora for traffic to your Medium website.

Quora and Medium are both popular platforms for sharing knowledge and ideas online. Quora is a question-and-answer site where users can ask and answer questions on a wide range of topics.

It has a large user base and is known for its quality content, with many knowledgeable experts and professionals contributing to discussions. Medium, on the other hand, is a publishing platform where users can write and share articles on a variety of topics.

It has a clean and user-friendly interface and is known for its high-quality content and curated collections. Medium also allows writers to earn money through its partner program, which pays writers based on the engagement their articles receive.

Both platforms are great resources for learning and sharing knowledge, and they each have their own strengths and weaknesses. Quora is more focused on question-and-answer style interactions.

While Medium is more focused on longer-form content. Additionally, Quora has a more diverse range of topics and discussions, while Medium tends to have more in-depth and well-researched articles.

Ultimately, the choice between the two will depend on your specific interests and goals. Combining these two giants, well, explosive! That’s all I can say.

Answer a question with a high follower count on Quora for instance, and then include the link to your “Medium” website as discussed in another article on Medium. But here is an indication.

Above you can see an example of such an answer on Quora, redirecting to my Medium profile and content website in the footer area. From there, readers can access my Medium stories, profile, and Medium publications.

And trust me when I say, you can build up a rather large responsive audience with Quora. Posts like the one you see above can also be pinned to your Quora spaces (kind of like Medium publications).

That way all the new visitors to your Quora space will see that specific answer first, redirecting to your Medium website (About and Profile Pages), or a Medium story.

Never make the mistake of underestimating Quora spaces. You can drive a lot of traffic relatively fast. Then you just need to have the right elements in the right places. Like filling out the Quora space description areas for instance.

Then include links to your other social profiles and your Medium “website” with Canva. You can even link to your Medium profile directly. Quora have no problem with sharing links, as long as they are indexable links.

Never try and share links to affiliate products, gigs, or any link that involves generating any kind of income, or results in any monetary benefit. Keep it professional.

Stick to links or URLs you own. Like professional profiles, and YouTube channels. Medium publications, hosted blogs. Like with any other description area, your goal is to provide info and in doing so build a responsive audience.

As seen above, just 2 of my 138 Quora spaces doing rather well. The others are not doing badly, but these two just exploded! Now with your Medium profile, or free Canva one-page website for Medium in the description area.

In this particular case, I also have Quora answers pinned to these spaces. So what does every visitor see first? Right, the post contains a link to my Medium story or Medium website. Need I really say more?

I will let you know that with this particular Quora content marketing strategy, I was able to boost my Quora content views in 11 months to 3.1 million views per month. Pretty exciting I have to admit!

Redirect to your Medium writing and content.

Medium stories, your Medium profile, and your Medium website redirecting to those are excellent strategies to increase traffic. But there are also several other ways to redirect to your Medium content.

The best results with writing and content depend on the type of content and the audience you are targeting. Here are some popular strategies for writing and content marketing.

Blogging: Blogging is a popular medium for written content. It is a great platform to share your ideas and thoughts on a particular topic. Blogging can be personal or professional, and it allows you to build a community around your content.

With your blog, you can also link back to your Medium stories and Medium profile. Just another of many ways to get more traffic to Medium, and then there are also social media.

Social Media: Social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn are great for short-form content. You can share your thoughts, updates, and insights with your followers, and engage with them through comments and likes.

In the case of Medium, you can share your Medium stories through the options provided by Medium. Namely Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. But we have already discussed that in another Medium story.

Video: Video content is becoming increasingly popular, and platforms like YouTube and TikTok are great for sharing video content. Video content allows you to demonstrate a product, share a story, or provide educational content in a more engaging way.

If you have been following my Medium stories, you must have seen the one on how to turn your Medium stories into HD YouTube videos. Leveraging YouTube for Medium story views.

E-books: E-books are a great medium for in-depth written content. They allow you to provide more value to your audience by providing comprehensive information on a particular topic.

Giving away your eBooks for free allows you to include links to absolutely any website in the eBook footer. Like your Medium website, Medium profile, Medium stories, or Medium publications.

Ultimately, the best suggestion for your writing and content will depend on your goals and the preferences of your audience. It’s essential to experiment with different topics to see what works best for you and your content.

Your free Canva website is indexable.

For those not familiar with Canva yet, let’s take a quick look at the basics of what Canva is all about. The one tool I have had for years and will have for years to come. A true design gem!

Canva is a graphic design platform that offers both free and paid subscription plans. The free version of Canva provides access to a wide range of design tools and templates.

However, there are some limitations on what you can do compared to the paid subscription.

With a free Canva account, you can create designs for social media posts, presentations, flyers, invitations, one-page websites and more. However, you may be limited in terms of the number of designs you can create.

The number of photos you can use from the Canva library, and the types of design elements you have access to. But the free option will do just fine if you’re just getting started.

To get started with a free Canva account, simply go to Canva’s website and sign up with your email or Google/Facebook account. Once you have created an account.

You can start exploring Canva templates and design tools and begin creating your own designs. In this case, your one-page website redirects to your medium “About” page and Medium profile URL.

As illustrated above, you simply go to “websites”, choose a template, and then start creating your one-page website for more traffic to your Medium work.

Pay attention to the slug because this link is indexable in search engines. Therefore the slug you use must contain your primary target keywords but try keeping it to a maximum of 3 keywords.

Perhaps separate them with a hyphen (-). But try keeping your URL length to a minimum, it just makes your link look more “attractive”. Then just redirect to your Medium “About” page and Medium profile.

Now you have an indexed URL, redirecting to your Medium work. The fact that it is a website, means you can also include links to your Medium publications if you have any. And contact details etc.

Today all my website traffic is generated from my own efforts, efforts that I have perfected over the years that have created up to 16,364 targeted visitors per day and returned revenue in excess of (See For Yourself Inside) per month! — Source
