CRIBZ Co-Founder Domenic Nesci recently spoke at a Proptech evening hosted by the Fishburners Community in Sydney. The event was also broadcast into China for institutional and VC investors.
During his talk, Domenic spoke about the growth of millennials within the home buyer market. According to CRIBZ, millennials represent around 40–50% of home buyers in Australia and the United States.
The number is expected to rise to around 60% in the coming years. Millennials are also beneficiaries of a large wealth transfer from their baby boomer parents through inheritance.
