CRIBZ Co-Founder Peter Esho recently presented to a Chinese investor event sponsored by the G5 Innovation Network at Fishburners, Sydney. During the presentation, Esho outlined the growing presence of millennials home buyers and the opportunities to serve this changing market, through artificial intelligence and conversational design tools.
Esho touched on recent research which identified the key pain points for millennials when searching for a home or looking to sell. Advice, relevant research and support during the decision-making process were all identified as key needs by millennial home buyers.
The event was opened by a short welcome note from Chris Tian — Operations Director of the G5 Innovation Network and was also broadcast into China via a live link.
Esho will also be attending the Inman Connect Conference in San Francisco from 17–21 July and presenting at the PropTech Asia Summit in Singapore from 26–27 September (more info here).
