Product

This week in Products, we’re going to be rolling out profiles for Workable’s users which could very well include write-ups about their ‘superpower’ along with profile pictures where businesses can scroll through to look for the next (gig) hire!

Besides that, DayOne’s manager platform undergoes a facelift as we improve the our user experience.

Some notable additions (with much more to come):

  • ‘Notifications’ section in navigation bar where users can scroll through previous updates
  • New FAQ UI
  • Ability to upload videos (read: tutorials) in DayOne’s FAQ section

Kudos to our tech and design team for making this happen! 🙌

Team

In teams, ours has recently did a minor re-shuffling of roles… but safe to say that we’re all now very much aligned in terms of what we’re doing — for both DayOne & Workable!

Throwback pic… Can you tell from which week?

Community

On to community news. It’s been awhile since in-person demos have been conducted (at least for me), so I was super stoked to head down to Darts Legend @ *Scape for a quick demo to their ops manager.

Johan & Lennon from Darts Legend, a newly onboarded brand

In other news, we’re also really excited about Merci Marcel’s plan to roll out the use of DayOne across their 5 outlets across Singapore, starting first with their Club Street branch.

DayOne staff rollout happening for Merci Marcel’s Club Street. Next week it’ll be on to Tiong Bahru.

DayOne will help to make current operational procedures, quality checks, handing over of shifts, and recording of key information all the more efficient and effective.

With out checklists and searchable FAQs, DayOne is truly angling itself as the go-to app for staff the moment they begin their working shift till the end of it! Whoop whoop 🙌

People we’re thankful for this week

Thank you to the folks this past week who have made it great — Lennon from Darts Legend, Janice from Burnt Cones, Nicolas from Merci Marcel Group. Thank you all!

Till the next,

JT
