Our CEO Ngeow Jia Wen discussing with CTO Chan Wei Xian, the last mile features to be included in v1.5

Product:

In our last post, we talked about rolling out our latest version of the App: DayOne v1.5 (end of the month)

This new version includes a cosmetic upgrade: changing the web interface as well as improving our current features such as allowing “grouping of FAQs”.

We will also be rolling out new features such as “Repository”, where Brands can drop off materials such as Videos, PDF into their company workspace for their staff to view, with our very own version of “Dropbox”.

Let's take a look at the Behind the Scenes for this week:

Our virtual meeting ever since Brian went back to his hometown (Vietnam)

To ensure that we are rolling out a functional app. Our daily focus has been nothing but UAT: Testing, Recording, Feedback-ing.
Testing: The team is actively testing every button and feature of the new v1.5 web.
Recording: After testing each interaction and feature of the web, we had to record the bugs (if there are any).
Feedback: While testing the app and looking for bugs, the team is working on giving feedback to the development team to make adjustments(UX/UI) to the app. So that the is more user-friendly and self-serve.

With 5 more days to the end of the month! We are working towards rolling out the v1.5 in time. (fingers crossed)

Team

Special Thanks to our CEO Jia Wen: For Getting the Team Mooncakes

Pardon the grainy GIF: It was taken by my iPhone 8+ Camera & I had to convert it from video to GIF.

Christmas Came Early:

On Monday, Jia Wen came into the office like a Santa Claus, with bags of goodies, the only thing she was lacking was the Santa moustache and the Santa hat.

She surprised the team when she came into the office with big and mysterious-looking bags, saying: “Guys, I bought mooncakes for everyone”. Everyone immediately stopped what they were doing and they turned their heads looking at Jia Wen like this…
