We have been teasing about V1.5 for a while now. Here’s a sneak preview while our engineering team works on the final touches.

Having to work on V.15 as a team — all hands on deck — across engineering, product, design, marketing, and biz dev. We learnt one important rule.

Thanks to our toolbox of tools — Suite, Hangouts, Jira. The team was able to work across timezones and geography together seamless for the v1.5 successfully.

This week we have a new member joining the team! With over 7 years of experience as a full-stack engineer working in companies such as PropertyGuru, it is an honour for DayOne to have Linh Ha be with us!

In his free time, Linh Ha spends his time reading books, articles, and blogs. Being a tech enthusiast, his favourite topics are non-other than software and hardware.

We have officially hit 1,000 users! After months of efforts, we have over 70 businesses with us.

To thank our users for their support: DayOne will be running a DayOne Perks Program.

So how does this program work?

  1. DayOne brands can register as a partner and decide on their marketing promotions i.e. 1 for 1’s or 20% off items
  2. Once their marketing mechanism has been set up, all that’s left to do is for DayOne users to flash their DayOne App to enjoy the perks.

It is as easy as ABC!

With this campaign, we aim to provide businesses with more sales opportunities and at the same time allowing businesses to thank their employees for their hard work by giving them F&B perks.

Fruitful week for the DayOne team: Huge welcome to our two newest brands. Luke’s — The Blue Label Pizza and Blue Waves Food Empire — Rumors Beach Club

Here’s a short recap:
On Monday, the team went over to the Blue Waves Food Empire office to do a Demo for the board of directors. Fortunately for us, they love the FAQs feature and mentioned that they can’t wait to get started.

Following our “victory”, we were greeted with another good news, when we headed down to The Blue Label Pizza at the Mandarin Gallery to give a demo to their team managers! And again, we were greeted with positive feedback.

We are really excited to have more brands like Blue Waves Food Empire, The Blue Label Pizza and Merci Marcel to be onboard.
