We are implementing Bots Academy in order to teach bots and are working closely with partners to solve it.

Forward thinkers, innovating talents, good communication skills and tech knowledge.

Which skills are essential for those specific tech positions you are looking to fill — who is the “ideal” candidate to fill these positions?

We are looking for graduates in computer science engineering or related fields with solid programing skills (object oriented, robust code, software architecture). Good knowledge of core and concurrent design patterns. Strong knowledge of C/C++. Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases is a plus. Strong communication, teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills, proactivity, commitment and flexibility.

In your opinion, what is the future of tech careers?

Tech will never die, it will evolve at a higher level and we have to accompany it. Look at bots for instance.
