Archinect.com the design and architecture site has released a 5 series of videos that explore the impact of artificial intelligence on design and architecture. A series of five films takes us through the impact of the AI across the critical stages of a design project. Worth watching!

Try shoes Virtually with AR foot recognition! This is WOW. The AR company Vyking is developing this service that let customers try on a pair of sneakers virtually before they make a purchase. Good way to envision what a pair of shoes would look like on your feet. This is currently just a prototype, the Vyking footwear tool is expected to be released within the next few months
Craft Research vs Science Research?
Alan Cooper gives his thought on field research done by designers vs research done by Researchers( PhD-style research). How the kind of research done by designers isnāt the same animal as the research done by Researchers. He believes that interaction designer should do field studies, the ethnographic interviews, the contextual enquiry and not by a separate Researchers. Very interesting reflection
Google just made the prototyping much easier!
Finland offers free online Artificial Intelligence course to anyone, anywhere.
The coursework takes about 30 hours to complete and students in Finland can even earn two ECTS academic credits through the Open University. Thouse outside Finland whoāve successfully completed the course are able to receive a certificate to post on their LinkedIn page.
