I was delighted to pop up on leading podcast The Service Design Show recently to talk about the canvas we prepared for companies trying to navigate their situation in the aftermath of Covid-19.
The canvas includes a survival equation plus a few simple workshop exercises to help you map out your existing situation and push forward with positivity.
