Latin America boasts remarkable WhatsApp penetration, with Brazil being a prime example. Brazilians spend hours each day on the app, using it as their primary means of communication. Contrast this with countries like the U.S., where WhatsApp doesn’t enjoy the same popularity. It’s fascinating to witness how the same channel can be used differently across borders.

Given the extensive time Brazilians spend on WhatsApp, companies are eager to engage with them. This kind of engagement goes beyond traditional one-way communication; it’s a two-way conversation.
