In my previous work experience I was lucky enough to work as a fundraiser for world known charities such as Sightsavers and OXFAM. For this project I am specifically going to talk about Sightsavers.
SIGHTSAVERS
This charity focuses on people living in poorer countries that suffer from sight related illnesses such as blindness.
Ideas of what to include project:
- Brief info about the charity and how it was created and when.
- what they do (actual surgeries/resourcing and advertisement around the world)
- what countries they have helped
- how much it is to give surgery
- Use an individuals story
- purpose is by the end of the project people are willing to donate
