LAURENCE MOREAU JOINS WEB FINANCIAL GROUP AS HEAD OF IT OPERATION IN FRANCE

Laurence Moreau, who will be based in Paris, brings with her more than 15 years of financial technology experience, most recently as a Head of Web Solutions at SIX Financial Information.

Teddy Singeot, Managing Director France, calls Laurence a “key hire” to develop Web Financial Group Tech activity in France, Switzerland & Luxembourg: “I needed a new professional challenge and Web Financial Group offered me to participate in the development of the French subsidiary, being part of developing a new business in french-speaking countries: France and Benelux. That’s exciting opportunity. I want to develop this activity so that Paris office becomes a bigger center of expertise and Web Financial Group becomes a key actor on this market”, says Moreau.

Laurence has a long outstanding experience in IT Operation and Project Management prior to which she was leading the Development Team at e-Fininfo, the Internet Division of Fininfo in France acquired by Telekurs Financial in 2007.

After graduating from an engineer high school in Paris, Laurence worked as an IT consultant for 2 years. After that, she integrated Fininfo (now SIX Financial Information) as project leader. Lastly, since 2005, Laurence has been responsible of developing and operating solutions business as head of web solutions in SIX. Autonomous and proactive, she enjoys working with challenges. For her free time, she spend time with her friends, and practice horse riding
