The company that pioneered Big Data Ethnography just got a little bit bigger. As MotivIndex looks to enhance its industry leading database technology and trust measurement capabilities we are thrilled to announce the addition of Pete Kuhtey and Maciek Pawlowski.

Pete will join as the new CTO. A skilled computer scientist, Pete is an economist and a seasoned expert in executing digital strategy with technology.

During his 12 year career in software development, he’s delivered solutions that span many verticals. Most notably real estate, financial services, e-readers and museums. During the last 7 years, he’s worked in professional services; starting as a consultant and eventually a principal architect.

Being a specialist in content management systems, he’s guided clients through technology selection, content strategy, agile development and training.

Maciek is a computer scientist with a focus on data analysis and online visualization. He joins as our new Director of Engineering where he will continue to leverage his expertise in distilling business requirements into delivery plans and building compelling, user-friendly online experiences. His specialties include data science and data visualization, optimizing product delivery, and managing MotivIndex’s development teams.

During his 12 year career in professional services, he has contributed to the success of software products for clients in several verticals including financial services, life insurance, travel and tourism, advertising and talent management. Maciek spent nearly 2 years in New York City designing and implementing a client-facing reporting system for a high net worth hedge fund. Most recently, he was the product owner of a cutting edge sales enablement tool for a life insurance client, taking him to Tokyo and Dublin.

We are so excited to not just be growing, but to have had two of the industry’s best and brightest joining our team.
