With 20+ years of innovation and R&D experience, Rocco joins as the company’s newest advisor.
As a senior executive with more than two decades of experience driving growth and innovation in some of the world’s most successful CPG companies, Rocco has driven the development and launch of highly successful, award-winning products for organizations like Procter & Gamble, PepsiCo, and Del Monte Foods (now the J.M. Smucker Company).
Over the course of his career, Rocco has led critical technology innovations in ingredients, processes, packaging, and products. These innovations have yielded dozens of patents, competitively advantaged revenue growth, significant cost savings, and growing share.
He joins the company to serve as an advisor where he will help MotivIndex grow their Digital Ethnographic Research practice and help the drive the company’s growth, expansion, and transformation on a global level.
