Solana cohort applications now open!

Six months ago we set out on our journey of becoming the elite learning institute in Web3. Four months ago we began our first cohort focused on Rust/CosmWasm and were able to certify 13 rock stars who were able to complete all requirements of the program. One month ago we began our second cohort and could not be prouder of our community.

Today we are absolutely stoked to announce we’re expanding our Institute offering to the Solana community, with support from the Solana Foundation. The cohort will begin mid-January ’23 and the application period is open immediately. Apply here.

The WBA Institute will be a 10 week program that grows all areas of the professional developer toolbox. It will combine live classroom learning (3x weekly, ~5 hours per week) taught by senior blockchain engineers with asynchronous content that cadets will need to understand to progress through the projects they build. Our course lays and solidifies a powerful foundation in native Rust and the Anchor framework. All cadets are required to develop, build, and push MVP projects to test net in order to be officially certified by the WBA. Many of the recent grads are continuing in the GTM process with WBA advisory and strategic support.

Class Schedule: 02/06/2023–04/28/2023

Capstone Defense Period: 04/17/2023–05/07/2023

During the program, cadets will be contributing to open source public goods. As a WBA certified engineer, cadets will have the opportunity and skillset to pursue funding for Capstone, get a job in Web3, and continue to be a part of the best developer community in Web3.
