How to create an online form?

Let’s start with a scenario here:

Ryzo Bank is promoting “WEBA Co-Branded Airline Credit Card” especially for customers who love traveling, offering discounts to encourage more applications and also the most convenient way to apply for credit cards is on their mobile phones.

Step 1: Create a site.

Create a mobile site with WEBA.

Select a WEBA template or create a new one.

Step 2: Build a Webform.

Select “Webform” in the left-side interaction elements sections. Build a new form or select a previous form in the right area.

Build an e-application form from the “Webform” element.

Step 3: Set up form content.

We will focus on the webform-exclusive question sets and features that make webform different from general forms.

1. Consent checkbox:

A confirmation for your applicants’ agreements to your content or terms.

2. E-signature:

Enable customers to sign directly on mobile phones. They can also delete and resign as many times as they want before they confirm their e-signature.

E-signature function allows your customers to sign on their mobile phones.

3. Upload images:

You may ask your applicants to upload images. Applicants are able to upload images from their device or take a picture with a mobile camera.

Select “Upload Image” and set up the question descriptions.
The customers can easily upload images in your forms.

4. Information confirmation page:

Add a page in the “Question Page Management” area and name every page. The information confirmation page will be the default on the last page

An information confirmation page will be provided to your customers before they submit the form.

Step 4: Other webform settings.

1. Sending file:

The pop-up page will appear after the form is completed, noticing the applicants they may download the PDF file of their information.

2. PDF layout:

The application information and signatures will be set as default in PDF file. The enterprises will be able to add a new page with terms as default.

Decide the layout of the PDF file (with the content of registration information and e-signature.)

3. Not keeping info in WEBA system:

The enterprises will be able to choose whether to keep application information in WEBA system. If it’s not, all the applicants’ information will be saved in WEBA system as a backup.

Final Appearances:

After applicants fill out the registration forms, the pop-up notice will show and their information PDF file able to be downloaded.
