Full Potential of a Developer

I spoke to some good developers, and found one common idea: they care about business, about the company. They take all the decisions, they behave, they have attitude, like it’s their own business which makes their money, their own company, their own code and their people around.

With this kind of attitude the developer releases full potential of person-self. Also the full potential as an employee. This beneficial for the both sides: the company gets a motivated employee who improves the business, the developer’s skill grows, leading to a happier life.

This attitude is very different from who just come to the office to spend their time and get a salary at the end of the month, not burdenihg themselves with complicated tasks.
