  1. You have to be prepared for every meeting. You know agenda in advance for reason.
  2. Every user story (if you’re discussing user stories) should have SMART and demo-able acceptance criteria: that’s how you know if story is done or not
  3. Every meeting should have outcome, because we are not spending time for nothing
  4. Make notes during a meeting, it will help you have a high-level overview and make your opinion about the things
  5. To interrupt someone — sucks. Make notes, ask later, at the end of speech about non-resolved points
  6. Ask questions. The whole point of a meeting — to make everything clear to everyone. At the end of a meeting you suppose to have no questions left.
