We all have our obsessions: design, programming, or even our pets. They are what inspire us. Passion is contagious and new ideas are often born when we push our limits.

For many of us, there is someone who embodies each of our obsessions. The WebExpo homepage is dedicated to everyone, who has experienced (and sometimes, suffered) from these same passions. They intensively engage us, and they drive our community forward. Although their contributions may not be immediately obvious, they are the individuals we enjoy discussing and inspire our creativity. That’s why we’ve chosen them.

Here are what we view as web obsessions:

  • Thinking (and Doing)
  • Creative Technology
  • Understanding Communication
  • Visual Inventions
  • Touch and Move
  • Data Crunching
  • Machine Brains
  • Monetizing Eyeballs
  • Beyond the Screens
  • A-Team

These topics serve as an overview of website creation, and we look forward to gradually introducing you to them.

The 2016 conference takes place September 23–24 in Prague. Currently, the biggest name are Peter Morville and Michael Lopp with many more to come.

Tickets are still available.
