I have been working with a client at her office in Denver for the last 4 days doing a complete business tune-up. Yesterday was the wrap up, creating check lists, determining how she can get through all of those lists, reach her goals and get on the road to success. It was very exciting for both of us. But we were darn tired after an intense 4 days.

Through it all, she kept a smile on her face and talked about the positive things that the changes would bring to her business. A great attitude!

When I arrived at the Southwest outdoor check-in, the gentleman that helped us had a huge smile, while he chatted with us about the cold weather. He asked me how to pronounce my name — then burst into song “Chérie, Chérie baby…” When he put the 2 bags on the scale, one was 7 pounds overweight. He said with a big smile “you 2 must have had fun while you were here!” Again he had a great big smile. Nothing more said, no over limit fee — what? A great attitude!

Our main cabin Flight Attendant had light banter throughout the announcements, which had us all laughing — and she did it with a big smile on her face. A great attitude!
