Aussie Spring Flowers at their Best

Up early for a trip to Melbourne’s largest and finest garden. As you can see, the weather as we leave the house at dawn is hopeful but not exactly encouraging.

Our destination this morning is the Dandenong Ranges Botanic Garden, which features important collections of rhododendrons (15,000), azaleas (12,000), camellias (3,000) and lots more, in a mountainous setting of native and exotic trees.
