Hordes of Heavenly, Harmonious, and Heroic Hydrangeas
My very first video on YouTube
I can tell the header picture was painted at this time of year — the gardens around here are currently all adorned with hydrangeas and poppies as in the picture. I was looking at it because it’s the front picture in my first-ever YouTube video.
It accompanies some doggerel that I spent ages trying to record. I kept stopping because my voice sounds as if it’s being pressure-squeezed out of the side of my mouth. It sounds very odd to me.
So PupperJack and I went for an amble in order to procrastinate on the video and we decided to record all the different hydrangeas we could find around the neighbourhood. There are over 75 different species of hydrangeas. We didn’t expect to find all of them, though.
