Lush May Combos and Colours Around the Neighbourhood

These top four photos are of wonderful colour combinations. I don’t know if they were deliberately planted like that or happy accidents. But they do look fab.

The header photo is Salvia ‘hot lips’ and roses.

Above left is alstromeria and a geranium — these clumps come up every year in this spot outside a pub.

Above right is ceonothus and plum blossom.

I particularly like this one above — it’s on the corner of the main road and the little road that leads up to our road — outside a theatre. Valerian and daisies.

And these colours — above — just glorious — peonies, the one in the middle could be a couple of things … she says vaguely — and a weigela.
