Mistakes Happen

Last Week of April

“It’s ok. Mistakes happen.” This is the favorite phrase of a four-year-old I know. It started as a way to cultivate perseverance, forgiveness, and empathy. After a short time, it turned into an excuse even when intentionally doing something wrong. The definition of “mistake” became a little blurry and will have to be revisited.
