Shhh!
A spiral Fibonacci poem
Shhh!
Hush!
You hear
the silence
of nothingness?
Day’s first breath before
the turbulence of us,
filling the void with babble,
crushing the hush with commotion,
assaulting nature with our clatter —
day becomes a discordant symphony,
human chaotic cacophony,
mortal rush replacing the hush,
until day tiptoes away
in shadows growing long,
the hullabaloo
lost in the dusk.
Do you hear
the calm?
Hush!
Shhh!
