When grey clouds your eyes,
paint bright white daisies on them.
When grey colors your mind,
take the cut with songs
that the soul can feel
even when the world can’t hear.
When foams dissolve into the sand,
bring on another wave ashore.
When life shakes her head no,
say yes to your own heart
and paint it a pair of silver wings,
so that you are ready to fly.
