Visiting the Getty Center in Los Angeles was an unforgettable experience that immersed us in art and nature’s beauty.

The ride in the cable-pulled hovertrain from the bottom of the hill to the center that sits atop overlooking Los Angeles is where all the excitement begins.

The museum and the gardens have no entry fee.

From the immaculate planning to the courteousness and hospitality of the volunteers and staff members to accessibility for all and to the one-of-a-kind art, the visit makes for a rich cultural experience.

The Getty Museum, designed by Richard Meier, is quite an impressive structure built in harmony with nature.

And, the art collection is stupendous including Vincent van Gogh’s Irises.
