The Therapy of Nature

A place where we can be intimately ourselves

Melancholy grew around me like a familiar sweater. Needing reassurance, I gathered myself before I sunk any deeper and went to my garden. It’s a space that welcomes me as I am.

Nature shelters and paints my bones shades of green. The sounds of normal drifted, while I watched the Larkspur accent a tall fence.
