Watercress (Nasturtium officinale)

Nasturtium officinale is a fast growing, aquatic hardy plant. The bright green leaves are produced throughout spring, summer and autumn on hollow stems. During winter, the plant stops growing, but in a mild year, it will still be possible to pick usable leaves.
