Midori from Japan (Youtube)

Midori of Japan @ Paris International Salsa Congress 2016

An event organizer for Salsa Hotline Japan and recently titled promoter for the Paris International Salsa Congress 2017. I had the opportunity to dance with Midori during the Japan Salsa Congress 2016 at Salsa Caribe. One of the most talented Salsa dancers found in Tokyo, Japan. But at the time, had no idea, I was social dancing with an incredible, Salsa Youtube star.

Song I danced to in Osaka, Japan —

Peligroso Amor — Album Art

Peligroso Amor — Jose Alberto “El Canario”

A Dominican Salsa singer who moved from Puerto Rico to New York City in the early 70s. The nickname of“El Canario”- The Canary was given to him because he was a talented whistler. In 1991, his album “Dance With Me”, helped established the Salsa genre, Romantica — my favorite kind of salsa music.
