IoT Tech & Blockchain Expo Berlin: hosting the IoT & Blockchain Meetup
eciotify has been attending the IoT & Blockchain Expo in Berlin last week, connecting with some of the biggest players in the market and sharing our vision!
We were allowed to participate in brilliant presentations and debates inter alia including the Hyperledger´s talk about Blockchain applications in the real world or XAIN´s Blockchain Intelligence event discussing machine learning algorithms.
It was astonishing how enthusiastic and unanimous the representative companies were when it comes to the prospect of IoT and blockchain. There is a common agreement for a necessity of creating secure IoT environments for a future where smart devices will run the majority of day to day operations. This aspect of security is just what makes eciotify indispensable!
Our hosting of the Expo´s IoT & Blockchain Meetup was a great pleasure and success. Speaker Frank Brehm from NR-GEN as well as eciotify´s advisor and Energy Brainpool founder Tobias Frederico shared their insights of blockchain and IoT in the energy sector. An informal networking session moderated by eciotify´s Lara Obst led to a relaxed communicative atmosphere promoting potential new partnerships.
Overall a valuable experience for eciotify!
