Objectives

The focus of this week was to prepare and present our mid-semester presentation and to prepare for Easter break.

Mid Semester Presentation

The team presented our research findings to this point. The focus was on the opportunity areas we discovered, and the research was framed around these. The presentation lead to a productive discussion regarding this concept of guests “not wanting to feel like a tourist”.

Next Steps

The team is currently on break for a week. When we return we will begin our ideation phase of our project. We have two sessions scheduled. One is to work on a formal research synthesis and create an early customer journey map. The second is an ideation session as a team.
