Objective

Fall semester kickoff! This week was focused on starting our design phase of the project.

Actions

Project kickoff

The team met to kick off the semester, discuss our new roles and write them into the team agreement, and to discuss how we would manage our work over the semester. We also prepared and gave a class presentation.

Hotel visit

We reconnected with our client at the newly opened Tiles hotel! We got a tour of the renovated hotel and sat down with our client and Pedro from Amazing Evolution to discuss our concepts. They were very open to all three of our ideas, and expressed an interest for elements of all three concepts.

Remix and down selection 📀

We began exploring more specific ideas around our design concepts from Spring semester, and combined pieces of them to create new ideas. The team begun the process of down selection, and will make that the focus of next week.
