Synchronicity, Owls & the UFO Rabbit Hole
While filming b-roll footage for our documentary film on June 21st, 2013 in the Mission District of San Francisco, a four second clip of a UFO was captured on our DSLR camera. When something mysterious happens, my initial reaction is to try to understand why and what exactly it could mean (since everything happens for a reason). Was this confirmation that other beings outside our reality exist? I for one, don’t believe for one second that Earth is the center of the universe. It’s a bizarre thing to capture a UFO in the middle of the day, and at the very least, we have something that may help others get the conversation going about the fact that we are not alone. It was kind of like when people receive their own private crop circles in their backyards.
Most people assume it just isn’t what it appears to be (including ourselves initially). People shut down because we have no frame of reference, we can’t explain the speed or the tilt, or more importantly, how was it even filmed when no one actually saw it. That can be explained if you understand holographic cloaking technology, however, its still the question of, how was filmed, and what are the chances that the camera would be pointed in the right direction?
Since no one in our group saw the UFO, some people have suggested perhaps it was moving too fast for the naked eye, or that it was in a time warp which is not entirely a three dimensional time/space. There’s also holographic cloaking technology as mentioned before, which again might explain why no one saw it, too. Whether this is in fact a real spacecraft or just a government probe using technology they don’t admit to having, at the very least it has lead to some fascinating discoveries. According to a conference I recently attended, there are anti-gravity crafts being tested around the Bay area. But that would mean other people would have seen the UFO which at this point doesn’t seem to be the case.
Throughout the filming of our project, Time is Art, and the experimentation process, the crew experienced many synchronicities, which are also themes in the film. We were focusing on primarily owls, but also labyrinths, butterflies and honeycombs. It just seemed like fun at first but over time the energy became more and more emotional and intense between the group. I was not aware exactly why I was feeling this way. After several days of seeing these images in San Francisco, (on book covers, t-shirts, earrings) the day we filmed in the Mission District near 160 Lilac alley, a neighborhood famous for its wall to wall graffiti murals, something very strange happened.
The owls and butterflies were everywhere. There must have been 6 or 7 murals with references to owls, some of them had the hypnotized eyes, some looked sinister and some looked half asleep. Whether the artist knew what they were painting or not, I felt as if the three owls represented the three stages of our current consciousness — mind controlled/zombified, angry, tired/complacent. Down the rabbit hole we go!
Unless you’ve had a paranormal experience, most of this stuff doesn’t really resonate. I’ve had a very frightening and strange experience with entities in the past while I was in a very remote area of Eastern Germany in 1998. My story is actually published in this book called The Synchronicity Highway by Trish & Rob MacGregor. According to my research, owls can be vehicles for shape shifters and some people say are also used in “screen memories” in abduction situations. The entities erase your memory of being taken and/or shape shift and essentially follow you around. My personal feeling is entities with more advanced technology can watch anyone just like the NSA or any other secret government organization has been doing for a very long time. Many researchers say other beings aren’t any worse than human beings, we are all capable of doing horrible things. We can also choose to be in service to the greater good. Or not, hence, Planet Earth being the ultimate experiment. Some beings are simply more ethical than the others, or what researchers call positively polarized.
For native peoples, the Owl animal spirit also symbolizes wisdom and knowledge. Its one of those symbols that over time has been potentially used to evoke the opposite effect, similar to what happened with the Illuminati and other secret “illuminated” organizations. At Bohemian Grove (which is near Muir Woods National Forest) the elite participate in the “CREMATION OF CARE CEREMONY”, a ritual that is held in front of a 40′ high stone owl. Whats interesting is I had no idea that this even existed until I took a photo of a sign that said Bohemian Grove while we were filming in Muir Woods a few days after the UFO situation. After some research, I discovered the occult elite think it’s fun to play around with “Black Magic”, something they don’t fully understand. I have a hard time imagining Richard Nixon, who regularly attended the meetings at Bohemian Grove, having any understanding of esoteric knowledge. More on this later.
Back to the Mission District murals. Besides the owls, there were many Day of the Dead pieces and several Aztec murals. One mural in particular literally sucked me in. Near the entrance of one of the last alleyways I came across a very interesting piece. There was a tiny owl in a tree and next to it was a Hopi Indian medicine man with light energy emanating from his hands in the direction of a hybrid human/alien. For UFO researchers and abductees it is a widely held belief that there are several types of ETs who have either ruined their civilizations or have just naturally gone extinct and therefore need our sperm/DNA to attempt to keep their races from dying out, perhaps resulting in some sort of malevolent hybrid race. The key to the whole UFO rabbit hole is coming to terms with how ridiculously complicated is it. Jim Marr’s lectures are a good place to start.
After seeing this somewhat disturbing UFO mural I walked back to where the rest of the crew was. Only a few minutes after I returned, the UFO was captured on the DSLR. The UFO looked very similar to what was depicted in the Hopi Indian mural. We all felt very strange and Jennifer Palmer, the writer featured in the documentary, actually said she almost passed out after we wrapped the shoot. She wrote a blog post about it here.
Truth is indeed stranger than fiction. For me, the best explanation is Dolores Cannon’s in her book “Custodians“. Dolores Cannon has accumulated all of this vast knowledge from her forty years as a pioneering hypnotherapist, past-life regressionist, counselor and healer. She has performed thousands of hypnotherapy sessions with a whole cross section of clients who have revealed to her their origins as extra-terrestrial beings on other planets, in other universes, and in other lives. Her theory is played out in many Star Trek movies and episodes. (Did you know that the creator of Star Trek, Gene Roddenberry researched background material for his series with a distinguished international group, using a medium who channeled “The Nine”?) According to the information gleaned from her clients, Mrs. Cannon discovered that there is an advanced race of extra-terrestrials, or light beings, known simply as “the Custodians”, who were responsible for creating the planet Earth and all life found on it, billions upon billions of years ago.
To get even more “nutty”, there are abductees such as Sherry Wilde who are convinced that there is a hybrid program that was created to help 5th dimensional light beings manifest here on our planet to aid the ill-informed human species and help end the destruction of the biosphere. The mural above seems to depict this possibility. Whatever the case may be, I’m personally convinced the planet would have been blown up in the 1940s & 50s if there had not been some sort of intervention. The geniuses that run the MIC (military industrial complex) set the nuclear launch codes at 8 zeroes for fuck sake. ETs or interdimensionals MUST have shut down nuclear war heads. David Wilcock and many other investigative journalists, authors and Whistleblowers make tv shows, blog posts about this crazy stuff every day.
We saw the recording of the UFO only after we had returned to Brooklyn a week or so later. The clip shows the craft moving very slowly tilted sideways. It moves behind a tree just as a bird at twice the speed crosses the frame. How is that possible to record just a four second clip right as a UFO crosses the frame right after seeing a massive UFO mural? Divine intervention perhaps?
UFO researcher Mike Clelland presented our footage recently at a UFO Congress in Arizona and suggested that we might possibly abductees. There was no missing time so I highly doubt that was possible. However, the energy was strange and we all felt a lot of anxiety during the week of filming. Of course producing a low budget film is always stressful. However, it is worth mentioning that Maia, co-producer of the film was “visited” by a non-human intelligence on Halloween near Pine Bush in the Hudson River Valley. We are indeed not alone.
The sign post that read “Bohemian Grove” still to this day sticks in my head and down the rabbit hole I go. This realization later on lead me from one article to the next about this strange meeting similar to the Bilderberg Group in which male leaders from the ruling class, (no women are allowed) including George Bush and Nixon meet every year. The next thing I know I’m reading more Jim Marr’s books and watching his presentations along with Richard Dolan and many other articulate scholars that explain these unbelievable truths as naturally as if they are talking about the weather.
Often from the UFO rabbit hole, I get sucked down the dark hole of the occult elite and the realization that they have hijacked various symbols for their bizarre rituals. This in turn leads me to Vigilant Citizen’s blog and the interpretation of Stanley Kubrick’s Eyes Wide Shut (a direct reference to the occult elite) as well as the 80’s film, Labyrinth. Both films are extremely creepy and mysterious. According to the writer, they explain the practice called Monarch Mind Control in which various young women are manipulated by a male “handler”. Marilyn Monroe was apparently one of the most famous to be programmed, (potentially used as a way to control JFK). Judith Moore wrote one of the most inspiring books ever written about surviving trauma and abuse at the hands of the U.S. Air Force mind control programs.
Common symbols like butterflies, broken mirrors, labyrinths, the “all seeing eye” and even honeycombs come up over and over again in various films and pop music videos. Jennifer who was also there while the UFO was recorded co-creator of the project, said after her STE (spiritually transformative experience) she felt that there was something profound she needed to learn from 2001 Space Odyssey. I felt the same way about all three of these films. Only until now do I understand why. Intuition is a very powerful feeling. I won’t get into that too much, but Jay Weidner has some pretty incredible information to back up the fact that Kubrick helped N.A.S.A. cover up what really happened during th 1964 moon landing which was being shot at the same time as 2001 Space Odyssey (the film paralleled the Apollo Mission). Another theory is N.A.S.A. saw other entities who had already set up shop on the moon which they clearly could not film so they had to stage it. The fact that Kubrick had access to a million dollar camera lens in the 1960’s that was given to him by N.A.S.A. is enough to ask some serious questions.
One thing continued to lead to another, and another and another. I also came across the UFO Hunters episode (which got the show cancelled) about the Dulce Underground base near an Apache Indian reservation where a worker allegedly saw beings experimenting with human/alien hybrids. Star Trek only seemed to scratch the surface of this bizarre reality we have created.
My most outlandish explanation for the UFO clip is that perhaps our higher self/spirit guides recorded this holographic projection (since we missed actually seeing it in person) to prove their existence not only to me but to others that are on the fence. Perhaps it was also to help me (and others) connect the dots?
These kind of synchronicities have also opened my mind to the realization that not only do we have entities helping us but we have many working against us. Humanity is in a very deep sleep. We are obsessed with the latest technology and distracted by celebrities, materialism and mainstream media. Its clear that we’ve grown more technologically advanced but as a whole we have not grown spiritually in the past few hundred years. It’s possible that contact is happening in other indirect ways, perhaps through the occult elite who are in complete control of our current world view. Is it possible that they are controlled/manipulated and continue their practice of manipulating young women and children in the very same way? It’s a scary thought but very possible given the enormous poverty throughout the world, the shrinking middle class, the Vatican’s ongoing corruption and child abuse, Monsanto and Big Oil’s infiltration of the government and programs such as the NSA, the 9/11 inside job, Operation Paperclip and MKULTRA (I could go on and on). Perhaps its a crucial step in the awakening process for people to understand these disturbing truths because if they are “Star Seeds” their purpose is to break off from the mainstream in order to aid in creating a new paradigm.
We are all made of star stuff, technologically advanced entities and less advanced humans ultimately come from the same place. Whether or not all the beings in the universe are spiritually advanced, we cannot fear our “masters” as they feed off that kind of negative energy, so instead we need to become accustomed to their techniques and ways of interacting with us, though foreign to us and sometimes ethically questionable, this is the reality we must face. It’s a very similar process to how the native peoples made “peace” with the white man when he came and wiped out their culture and their lands. The symbols and synchronicities we saw over and over again was just another way the universe helped me to “connect the dots.” The curtain between realities is thinning and we will begin to experience more and more of these multidimensional beings and crafts as the dimensions overlap. They key is to continue to grow spiritually, to spread knowledge and empower others to take control of this new reality.
Barbara Hand Clow, an incredible author and seer/shaman wrote in her book The Mind Chronicles:
“The Sumerian masters once had great power over us and interfered with human life in the remote past but have no power in the cosmos. Instead they lurk as poisons in minds of men and women, in the ego, belief systems and judgements coming from memory.”
One other thing to note for those playing around with any kind of ‘black magic” aka Dark Arts: The owl is often times the medicine of sorcerers and witches. If the owl is your medicine, you will be drawn to magical practices and perhaps explore the dark arts. You should resist any temptation or practice black magic or any art that takes energy away from another person or being. If you have Owl medicine, these night birds will have a tendency to collect around you, even in the daytime, because they recognize a kinship with you.
Owl medicine is symbolically associated with clairvoyance, astral projection, and magic, both black and white. Owl is called Night Eagle on several medicine wheels used by Amerindian teachers. Traditionally, Owl sits in the East, the place of illumination. Since time immemorial, humanity has been afraid of the night, the dark, and the unseen — waiting fearfully for the first crack of morning light.

“In the Egyptian system of hieroglyphs, the owl symbolizes death, night, cold and passivity. It also pertains to the realm of the dead sun, that is, of the sun which has set below the horizon and which is crossing the lake or sea of darkness.”
