Standing and Watching Until the End
Sometimes all you can do is watch the disaster come and overtake you
I sometimes play a game with my anxiety where I imagine what I’d do in certain unlikely scenarios. I like to believe that I would fight to live as long as it was possible to survive but that I would accept my certain doom with equanimity. I find this exercise calming and one of the best ways to manage my anxiety disorder. Your mileage may vary.
