5 Education Initiatives for 2020

Hart begins this week by assessing our educational system. In school, America’s children need to build knowledge of the ever-changing world around them. Hart’s 5 Initiatives to better our kids’ education by breaking down barriers, being passionately energized, and devoted to the common good.

1. Increase Compensation of Teachers Teaching should not be a “fallback” position when career ambitions come up short.
2. 2)Reimbursement for Supplies (Teachers) Many teachers, for the good of their own students, bear out of pocket expenses. We must recognize this and provide an acceptable, effective system for remuneration.
3. Career Track: Teachers are constantly getting better. Their craft improves over time. Why not give their careers the same benefit? Hart will work with the appropriate people to provide America’s teachers with advancement opportunities.
4. Mentoring Teachers: Ensuring the collaborative energy stays alive amongst themselves. Students: Better care for students going through tumultuous experiences (single family households..etc.) Unison between families and schools.
5. Technology STEM; Entrepreneurship. Our students need to be prepared for the Craft of Tomorrow.
