BOILED TAPIOCA WITH GREEN CHILLI DIP
in mixie…grind
one cup grated coconut
1.5 teaspoon jeera
dried red chilly
5 to 6 curry leaves
4 to 5 pods of garlic
half ts turmeric powder
chk if cooked..after boiling..thn draining and mashing..
add sufficient rock salt
in a vessel add 1 ts oil…add ground mix..and tapioca..simmer n mix for 2 mts
for chutney if needed
half cup shallots mashed
3 green chilli or 5 kandhari mashed
rock salt sufficient
5 spoon water
1 spoon coconut oil..
mash n mix
