Introducing the Wellcome Digital Blog
Hi, I’m Alasdair Cowie-Fraser, Head of Digital Delivery at the Wellcome Trust. This new blog is a place for Wellcome’s digital teams to share our work, and have a conversation about Wellcome’s digital future.
We are the developers, user researchers, designers, product managers and delivery managers who are building the technology to help the Wellcome Trust to achieve its goal: to improve health for everyone by helping great ideas to thrive.
We work on products that that play a key role in what Wellcome does, whether it’s funding, policy and advocacy, public engagement, education, impact and productivity. And by focusing on the people who use those products, we make sure they are solving real problems.
By sharing our thoughts and work, we want to give you an idea of what the digital teams at Wellcome do, from low level details to overall vision, and also introduce some of the awesome people who work here. We want to hear your opinions on our work — make things open to make things better. And if the things we’re building sound interesting, come and join us!
