‘Morning miracles: a new day and a new way’
There’s a tree in the garden that’s pulling away from the fence, like a child dragging Mum away from a shop that holds no interest. It’s pulling with such force that the fence is gradually falling apart. The tree is small but strong, branches arcing this way and that, with white blossom petals that occasional fly and flutter through the breeze. From the corner of my eye a white cat appears on the other side of the garden. In one leap it jumps into the garden, turns to meet my gaze, and then heads for this tree. I wonder if the tree and its blossom hold the same attention and curiosity for the cat, as for me.
I’m going on a retreat in Ibiza in just over a fortnight. A dear friend who I have known for nearly thirty years is a passionate NLP Master and all round ninja of coaching and personal development. NLP stands for neuro linguistic programming. Those three components break down as follows:
