Wellville Operations Manager

Wellville is seeking an operations manager to help us coordinate, learn, and improve across our team, communities and national partners. In brief, the ops manager will:

• Keep the trains running on time by coordinating in-person and virtual meetings, travel and hotel contracts, and other logistics.
• Collaborate with our team as we coach and support five Wellville communities in areas such as resident engagement, policy advocacy, and storytelling.
• Help plan and produce the annual Wellville Gathering.
  Oversee social media and updates to our website.
• In addition to the above ops responsibilities, there are plenty of other ways to contribute to Wellville’s work at the local and national levels. Let’s talk!

Like all Wellville team members, this is a contract position (not employee), with flexibility and lots of opportunities to bring your unique interests and talents into the work. We’re looking for someone who is self-starting, relatively tech-savvy, and eager to learn and grow.
